I am still holding on to the old Prepaid Stamp. What should i do now?

Please do not worry, we had effectively converted your existing stamps to the new system without any reduction in values. Please read here for more details.

How do i add more prepay credit?

When your credit has used up, just add more by clicking on the "Topup Prepay Credit" button when you order your next parcel delivery.

Alternatively you can add credit by going to the member area and then Click on the "Topup Prepay Credit"  to add more funds to your account".

The mode of payment for the topup of Prepay is via Cash, Cheque or Paypal. No credit term is given for Prepay.

How do i find out my prepay balance?

Log into your Courex account and look for the area "Prepay Credit, it will show you the balance and the expiry date.

How long is my prepay credit valid for?

Prepay credit is valid for 1 year from your last Prepay topup with Courex.com.

Can i use my prepay credit in conjunction with another discount or promotion?

No. Please note that presently prepay can only be used for parcel deliveries.
