You can use our online calculator to check the total shipping cost or alternative, you can contact us for a copy of the shipping rate.
What happen if my shipment got lost or damaged? You are strongly encouraged to opt for insurance for full compensation but in the event of such incidents, we will compensate up to SGD200 per shipment for local delivery and SGD100 for international courier.
Do I need to register an account with Courex in order to ship? For ad hoc shipment, there is no requirement to have an account with us. However to enjoy all the benefits from shipping with us, you would need to have a shipping account registered. Can more than one person or company register with the same Courex account? Only one person or company can register with Courex at one time. I forgot my username and password, what should I do? There is a “Forgotten Password” link, click on it and the password would be sent to your email account. The online calculator does not work for local courier? At this moment, the online calculator only work for international courier and you can refer to our published rate for local courier rates. When will my shipment arrive? Please use the tracking to get an updated status of your shipment. Please allow pop-ups. If problem still persist, please call our hotline. Can I track more than 1 shipment at one Time? At this moment, you can only track 1 shipment at one time. Multiple tracking would be available at the later stage. What are the methods of payment we can use with Courex? You can use cash, cheque (for corporate account only), or Paypal

How do I know if I am shipping dangerous or prohibited items? You can refer to our packaging tips for dangerous and prohibited items. If you are still not very sure, please call our hotline and we will advice you.
Why is the fuel surcharge different every month? The changes in fuel prices have resulted in increased costs for the air express industry globally, necessitating the implementation of fuel surcharge to be levied on shipments. The surcharge will rise, fall or be removed in line with movements in fuel prices. You can check on our website for updated information on fuel surcharge.
What is volumetric Weight? The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
The formula is Length x Width x Height / 5000 = Volumetric Weight kg
Example 80cm x 50cm x 30cm / 5000 = 24kg
What is Postal Sector Code?
The 6-digit postal code was introduced on 1 September 1995. It assign a unique postal code to every house and building in Singapore so that the mail sorting system is able to sort mail directly into the sequence of delivery for each postman. The 6-digit postal code is made up of the sector code and the delivery point. The sector is represented by the first two numbers of the postal code. The remaining four numbers define the delivery point within the sector. Singapore 247964 24 is the sector code; 7964 is the delivery point, i.e. house or building. What is Store, pick and pack? Store, Pick and Pack is more than a storage solution to our customer. Not only do we provide a storage space, we will pick the item from the shelves, pack and ship it out. |
