Existing Prepaid Customers

Dear Existing Prepaid Customers,

                                                    We would like to inform you that with effect from 2nd March 2011, the current Prepaid Stamps system would be replaced by a newer and more efficient system.

The new Prepaid System would be a virtual stored value system where you would be able to top up the credits via Paypal, cash or cheque and enjoy up to 12% extra value.

The new Prepaid topup rates are as follows:

The improvement to the new Prepaid system would be as follows:

- Can be used to purchase services for both local and international deliveries. In the old Prepaid, the $5 denominator posed limitation to the services you can used. 

- No more worries on losing your stamps as the current Prepaid system works via a virtual system and hence no stamps are needed.

Your current stamps would still retains the same value in the new prepaid system

If you are still holding on to the old prepaid stamps, please do not worry as we will do a transfer of the value to the new Prepaid system. This will ensured that you will still get the value of $5 per delivery trip Islandwide (Up to 3kg and 60cm in volume size).

Let take a look at one of the examples.

John has a total of 10 stamps left. With effect from 1st March, his 10 stamps(he paid $5 per stamps and hence a actual money value of $50) would be converted to a stored valued of $60. Courex will credit an additional $1 per stamp and hence a total of $10 to his new prepaid account. 

In Summary, your current Prepaid stamps would still be able to enjoy the same values that was stated in the previous terms and conditions.
