Terms and Conditions**
- Service is strictly for delivery purpose only (Does not include additional services) and no more than 10 minutes waiting time is allowed. COUREX reserves the right to charge additional fee under the following situations:
- Additional $5 will be imposed for every block of 15 minutes waiting time.
- Additional $2 for signing of Delivery Order. A way trip will be charged for returning DO back to the requestor.
- The remote areas are as follows:
- Alps Avenue, Changi Point, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Ponggol End, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension .
- Our maximum liability is $100.00.
- Half Day services are subjected to resource availability and weather conditions.
- Submission time for same day service must be before 10am.
- Articles/ items using motor bike service not exceeding Size 60cm or 3kg whichever is higher. Size (cm) is the total of length + width + height.
- Perishable and dangerous products will not be accepted.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
